What Data We Collect

Uploaded drone pilot license files (PDF/image) — temporarily for processing only
Data extracted from the license: name, registration number, expiration date, categories, issuing authority
Email address (if provided via Stripe or for pass delivery)
Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe

Purpose of Processing

Creating digital wallet passes (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
Processing payment for the service
Sending the pass via email (optional)

Third-Party Processors

Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Anthropic (Claude AI) — License data extraction (anthropic.com/privacy)
Vercel — Web hosting (vercel.com/privacy)
Resend — Email delivery (resend.com/privacy)

Data Retention

Uploaded files are processed in memory only and are not stored permanently. Extracted license data is embedded in the generated wallet pass and is not retained on our servers afterward.
